How many cards in a pack?  All our cards are supplied to trade in packs of six per design.

And other products?  Coasters are also supplied in packs of six.  Fridge magnets are supplied in three’s.  Notecard wallets, reminder boards and notebooks are supplied individually.

Are your boards environmentally-friendly?  Yes – all the greetings cards we publish are printed on Forestry Stewardship Council (FSC) boards, using wood-pulp sourced only from managed, renewable forests.

When will my delivery arrive?  90% of orders are despatched from our warehouse within 48 hours of receipt.  If you prefer to have your order delivered at a specific future date, please give details in the ‘Notes’, towards the bottom left once you’ve proceeded to checkout.

Is carriage free?  If your order value is £125 or more, no delivery charge is made to most mainland UK addresses.  If you are in a remote or offshore location where a charge may be applied, we will contact you for approval prior to processing your order.

Is there another Splimple stockist in my locality?  Contact us and we'll be happy to tell you who sells what - and where.  It's in nobody's interest to have two shops selling the same cards in the same street.  

Does Splimple have field sales representatives?  Yes.  In most parts of the UK we can arrange for our Representative to visit you.  Contact us if you’d like to arrange a meeting.
