• All Splimple greetings cards are available in packs of 6 or 12.

• Individually bar coded.

• Stock tickets available.

• All Splimple greetings cards are cello-wrapped.

• Settlement terms: credit card (or pro forma invoice) required for first order; a 30 day account will then be established.

• Carriage free on all first orders of £175 … and on re-orders of £100 (UK mainland only).

• Small order surcharge of £6.00 applies on all orders below carriage paid thresholds.

• The minimum order for mugs is 36 mugs; carriage is free.

• Any damages or shortfalls must be notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt, or claims cannot be accepted. The products are well packaged and it is highly unusual for goods to arrive damaged.

• All cards remain the property of Splimple Limited until payment received.

• Carriage is free on spinners and acrylic displays throughout mainland UK - apart from the North of Scotland, where we have to pass on the courier charge. The amount of this will be confirmed when your order is accepted.  If you are non-mainland UK, please contact us for shipping costs.

• If you are one of Splimple's international customers, please remember to include your email address on your faxback order form, so that we can confirm price, payment and shipping details to you.

• All deliveries are made from stock - and all UK customers should receive their Splimples within 7-10 days of ordering. Forward orders are acceptable up to 3 months ahead (up to 9 months ahead in the case of Christmas cards).
